When will my order ship?

We fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days.

Due to high volume, please note that during sales and holidays, we require 3-7 business days to process all orders regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout. 

I ordered the wrong items.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

In an attempt to fulfill all orders within 1 business day, we are unable to make any edits or modifications to an order once it has been placed. However, in the event that a mistake was made while placing your order, please CLICK HERE to submit a cancellation or edit request.

Please note that cancellation and edit requests are not guaranteed, but our team will do its best to process your request as long as your order has not been processed at our warehouse. Learn more at Refund and Returns.

I inputted the wrong address at checkout.

Can I edit my shipping information?

We are only able to update your shipping address as long as your order has not yet shipped. Please CLICK HERE to request an address update to your most recent order.
Please note that address edit requests are not guaranteed, but our team will do their best to process your request as long as your order has not been shipped from our warehouse. Learn more at Refund and Returns.

My order was Returned To Sender.

 Now what?

If your order was Returned To Sender due to an invalid address or an issue with delivery, we will issue a full refund of the cost of the gear as soon as the package arrives back at our warehouse. Please note that the shipping cost will not be included in the final refund. If you’d like to contact our team regarding a Return to Sender inquiry, please CONTACT SUPPORT.
